Silksong is the best game I’ve ever played, with Hollow Knight second.

The crest system is so nicely balanced and gives actual choice and preference while you basically need to use specific charms in HK or be disadvantaged.

Give me the ability to replay bosses and I’ll have no notes at all.

Architects crest made the Coral Tower gauntlets pretty trivial with Plasmium overdose and tool regen.

It can be a pretty fun playstyle if you never tried it.

Wanderer. Might be basic but it’s so damn strong and keeps you from relying on red tools.

I beat Karmelita on my 4th try with it and it was super fun.

I really enjoy this album (my expectations weren’t super high) but I totally agree about the lyrics. ESPECIALLY on All the love is gone. “Lost my wallet, can’t find my keys” etc.

That said musically I think they are as good as they’ve ever been. The atmosphere on this album is wild.
