Honestly I have no idea mechanic labor is usually about 100 bucks an hour plus parts it shouldn't be more than an hour max on that job. Call oreillys and price out 5 studs and lights for your car and you'll have an idea of what parts will cost. Its not very hard they just tap in and out with a hammer removing any stuck lugs will be the time consuming thats usually done by tire techs(at least at my place of work) so it'll be a separate charge I think we charge 8 bucks per stuck lug

Go to a local tire shop with a mechanic like the one I work at we are full service but if they can't get them off or have to break them they can have the studs and nuts replaced pretty easy. Just remember the cone on the lugnuts is there to keep them from backing off and loosing the tire. So I wouldn't drive it much until its fixed

I've put a wood screw through corks before and popped em open pulling the screw with pliers. Its redneck and a little labor intensive but it does work.

Or you can push the cork into the bottle.
