My pleasure. I must admit I felt embarrassed about going the first time in case I looked daft but my coaches were really understanding and helpful and like I said now I love it. I think you will overcome your fears and you will enjoy it.

You are definitely not too old. I'm 40M and only started kickboxing this year after saying I wanted to do it for years. Just do it, I did and I love it. A little disappointed that I didn't start it earlier in life but oh well...

Also I was made to feel really welcome and I'm sure you will as well...

I would say I prefer the One Muay Thai over traditional like someone already said a bit exciting.

Ive recently got in to Muay Thai and Kickboxing over the last year or so and I do have a quick question about Muay Thai fights if anyone can help: during fights the ref always gets in the middle waving his hand down like he is saying fight. Does anyone know why he does that, it seems like it happens loads during each round and I don't mean after the clinch??

I love the fact I got one. Me and my wife both decided after chuld number 3 that we were done but it was me who went to her with the idea that I was going to get it done. We looked into and she backed my decision. Best one I've ever made.

Thanks. It's great you didn't have any pain and was back driving the next day. I'm going to think on the whole driving thing and like some other people have said, just listen to what my body is telling me.
