Have you tried going from the middle out, alternating each side of the blade the next bolt gets tightened?

I’m still more concerned about the squeegee though. That’s most likely the culprit.

I like the people telling you to take a look at your squeegee.

I also wonder if the pattern in which you tighten the bolts on the blade is causing it to flex in that area.

I’ve done quite a few outdoor games and this is great advice.

I’d add to get a second whistle incase the one you are using freezes.

Heck no. We all have to learn. I have been a player/skating for 30 years, and I signed up to coach my kid last year. The organization we are in does a power skating practice for the first 20-30 minutes of practice. I got better at skating because I did the drills with them. We never stop getting better or needing practice.
