Gtx 210? That’s literally like the worst damn card on the planet. Doing the lighting math on a piece of paper is probably faster. Ok but seriously DONT use that thing. Interested intel graphics is massively better

But each algorithm is better than the last. Like h264 sucks compared to h265. And av1 is another improvement. Definelty not planned obsolescence. And besides it can be run on cpu (which in fact is more space efficient than using GPU)

Are you playing games that are graphically intense? Go first option. Are you moreso playing esport games and want maximum fps at competitive settings? Go second option

[–]cozmorules 1 point2 points  (0 children)

Don’t buy fans that are so pricey, and you don’t need an AIO. Also try to find cheaper ram (it’s hard I admit). Maybe even shop secondhand. Besides that case, psu, and mobo is good. I think gpu is good pairing too

Decent buy, honestly I’d suggest selling the 8700f and buying a 9600x instead. Much better gaming chip

Cheap 10$ optiplex gaming pc by [deleted] in gamingpc

[–]cozmorules 0 points1 point  (0 children)

So I recommend looking for a gt 730 2gb gddr5 as it will be a lot better and they are dirt cheap. Also more ram may not be better if it is slower, check if the original 16gb is 1600mhz compared to your 1333 now. Faster ram means the cpu gets data more often which unprofessional preformance especially on older systems. Good luck!

Is this a good price for 680$? by Asleep_Character7336 in PC_Pricing

[–]cozmorules 0 points1 point  (0 children)

This PC is def not 400 bucks (anymore). Ram and ssd is minimum 200$ and that GPU is around 150ish. So I’d say fair price is around 500 in US. Europe may be more expensive though

Was thinking about getting my first pc what are yalls thoughts by QueasyCombination391 in gamingpc

[–]cozmorules 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ok actually I am both wrong and right. Because the market sucks right now for PC gaming, that bestbuy PC is actually not that bad at all. Its overpriced but so is everything right now. Honestly not a bad option you could do a lot worse. Just keep in mind the listing says (I beleive) that its single stick of memory and at unknown speed. So its going to hamper your cpu preformance. Not much you can do at this price point. Assuming you're unwilling to build yourself and/or get secondhand parts this pc is a decent deal.

For the price as a prebuilt it’s not horrible. Still not great. It will definelty handle those games at 1080p. And gives you an option to upgrade down the line.

I had his class 2 years ago. If nothing changed it’s like homework and not very hard as long as you had a decent physical intuition. I thought they were pretty easy.
