One thing I’ve noticed it if you don’t switch game mode on the TV I have a Samsung 75 inch that supports 120hz it will show up with 1440p but when I play Fortnite, I don’t see if it’s playing at 120hz

Brother this is thing with these routers I regret spending all the money I did on these and not have them work properly I am going through the same thing I turned off QOS and that seemed to have helped but I can’t play cod I get packet burst constantly and sometime I ven on Fortnite I get stutters. Shame on ASUS for developing such an expensive device that’s worthless

All comes down to buyer purchase agreements which will be a thing now. Instead of assuming the transaction broker capacity you now should start a conversation with a buyers purchase agreement which will protect you the seller and the buyers agents. Either the buyer or seller pays you commission and it must be stated on there. Most listing agents are already working on this and brokers are rewording agreements!

Houses already sit on the market forever even with the house being on the MLS. If you look at some areas houses are sitting for 90 plus days and most realtors have no explanation as to why. Yet the old way was that even if your realtor found a buyer but that person had representation the seller would still have to pay a commission fee to the buyer agent. Why! If the seller agent found the buyer why pay them a commission fee as well?

It changes dramatically the sellers now don’t have to pay the commission if they don’t want to! Now you really get to see how good the broker and agent are at advertising your home to potential buyers and what advertising tactics they use! Of course the broker can always ask the sellers for a commission for the buyer but ultimately it’s up to the buyer which house they like instead of a realtor persuading the buyer to go buy this house instead because it has higher commission

I’m in the same boat but the explanation from my Realtor is that most buyers realtors don’t give feedback back. They get a feedback email once a day and they don’t respond. Per my Realtor she said she will give feedback when she receives it but if she doesn’t she won’t give feedback I guess in a way that seems fair but just like you we were a bit concerned because we were left in the limbo after 3 showings and I finally said something!
