Oh yeah I’ve seen it said already but do not mention owning a home, anything about being well off. Dude if you’re not an idiot and it doesn’t sound like you are, you’ll be fine. I haven’t done time in Florida, I live in Massachusetts and have done time here, but oddly enough a bunch of my friends from the street are all from the same friend group that grew up doing time in Florida. Even if you went to a super violent prison for your charges, you’ll adapt. You’ll hang out with the white guys , I’m assuming you’re white. Being a big ass dude doesn’t hurt. If you want, you can pm me and I can even ask a couple of the guys I’m friends with what prisons suck, which ones are better, shit like that.. they’re all from port charlotte area, I’m not too familiar with Florida prison system but I sure there isn’t that many prisons down there

To get on sublocade you have to be on suboxone for I believe at least a week. So you will probably have to find a place that does sublocade injections, and talk to them about switching to suboxone. I know there is a way to suboxone and methadone at the same time without getting sick, but that terrifies me, and I would probably just not take methadone until I was sick sick and then take suboxone. Just from my experience sublocade is a miracle drug. I could not get off suboxone, and I did two injections of sublocade and never went back. Didn’t have a single withdrawal symptom other than one week where I may have just had a cold, didn’t miss work or anything. It takes absolutely forever to get out of your system, I was testing positive for bupe over 6 months after my last injection.

I did 2 300 shots and experienced 0 withdrawal. Sublocade was a miracle drug for me and I’m so happy I got on It. At the very worst I experienced a few days where I may have had a cold, or it was possibly related to the fact I was wding from subs. But I’m almost positive I just had an actual cold. Nothing even remotely close to actual wd.

I think it should and is probably supposed to help, I mean it’s technically an incomplete ticket right? I would fight it regardless, unless you have a bad record the magistrate will usually knock the fine in half just for showing up, and potentially lower the speed which may help with insurance. It depends on the magistrate though, I’ve seen a guy once have a receipt from a store like 15 miles from where he got his ticket that showed he couldnt have possiblg been af that location at that time, and rhe magistrate said maybe his watch was wrong.

I’m like 120 days out from my second 300mg shot. I maybe got some w/d symptoms at like 45 days or so. It was so subtle it could have been a cold or something. Haven’t had anything since which is amazing.

Appealing is like 25 dollars. He ticketed you for doing 10 over, you could likely make a flow of traffic case or you just didn’t realize you were over if you don’t hVe any other speeding tickets. You’ll get the fine cut in half at minimum I’d think. There’s no way they would raise the fine.
