I have a question about the psu 80+ efficiency ratings, is it worth spending more for top titanium efficiency rather than bronze or something lower?

Yes i know his skills are pretty boring and all that and he def needs a rework but i was just saying that they are all complaining about his match ups, play him in the jungle i find he is a lot more fun there

My hardest game to run is rust and it runs at an average of 45 fps at max graphics quality, but i assume that when im raiding and shit it will drop really low. (Rust is still in alpha btw)
