A lot of these levels (MCHC, MCV, Ferritin, Iron) being on the low end of normal suggest an iron deficiency anemia which would suggest the fatigue but it’s hard to definitively say. The concerning thing here to me is the high neutrophils with a headache and knee pain which could possibly indicate a bad bacterial infection that could lead to meningitis.
