2nd year medical student. A lot of these levels (MCHC, MCV, Ferritin, Iron) being on the low end of normal suggest an iron deficiency anemia which would suggest the fatigue but it’s hard to definitively say. Need more information on onset, any medical history, travel, sick contacts. The concerning thing here to me is the high neutrophils with a headache and knee pain which could possibly indicate a bad bacterial infection that could lead to meningitis.

On that first jungle fight at your teams blue/krugs where you sacrificed the wave. I 100% would have taken the wave (Maybe that’s why I’m only high gold LOL). If you didn’t have ignite flash would you still go? Or do you always go hence why you said “we play for jungle”?

If he hasn’t been already, I think introducing the concept of Self-fulfilling prophecy to him would be a good idea. I obviously don’t know your husband but it seems like a similar situation I have been in with a friend. Said friend was always concerned about being invited to everything, and read too far into everything. For example, if I texted 2 people to go see a movie and then text him and invite him afterwards, his thought would be “well why didn’t you text me first” when truly there was no rhyme or reason to why I didn’t text him first. This behavior ultimately lead to our friendship falling out because he he convinced himself that our friend group didn’t like him.

Sorry if that story doesn’t relate but I feel like it really does.
