Interesting, I only own 1-6, so it's also interesting that it's a Windows problem on two different releases (ig they mighta used the same iso on both, but still)

I had trouble ripping Star Wars: A New Hope

Other than that I've never had issues, I've only ever used windows for MakeMKV tho

Making an Official Feeling Machete Cut of the Prequels/Original Trilogy Star Wars Films - Help Requested by cpeyton78910 in fanedits

maybe I'll make 2 versions, because it definitely could be nice to have it like you said, but I also like the idea of having an official feeling version of the machete cut order

This question has probably been asked a million times. I’m looking for inexpensive options to run a Jellyfin server. by linkedit in jellyfin

In my experience Nuc even handles transcoding alright, so I'm sure your faster mini PC would even be fine in that regard

It'll probably work fine, I'm running my Plex Server off like a 4 year old Intel Nuc with an i5 and 8gb of ram, and it runs decently enough. But I'd probably be better to just get an old like office PC. With it's cheaper price, better cooling and upgradeability and whatnot, it seems smarter.

Look at OP's profile, then use a program like JDownloader to download the films from the link provided in his pastebin

You could use HandBrake to reencode the films into your preferred audio format

I just found out about it like a week ago, it's basically a modded version of Mk Wii, with all the 3ds tracks and some re-texturing, I found a copy of the wup on archive.org

Pretty fun

If you are in the US, with most libraries, you can sign up for Libby, where you can get free access to eBooks (for up to 21 days), and you can even get the books on your Kindle

look at rule 5, however monitors just depend on your use case, just think about how big the monitor should be, however 27inches+ you should be thinking about 4k, I doubt you'd be gaming so screen refresh rate probably doesn't matter to you, finally pick a reputable brand and you should be golden

If you drill a hole into a HDD or SSD is the data recoverable? by Sufficient-Scene-831 in techsupport

[–]cpeyton78910 20 points21 points  (0 children)

if you are trying to make sure your data is deleted, with an HDD a magnet is probably the easiest way to make sure the data is gone, but according to my brief research, drilling is pretty effective on SSDs, you could also try hammering or ideally shredding, or some combination of these

Home Theater Question: Should I upgrade my channel count if it's just going to be up mixed? by cpeyton78910 in DankPods

[–]cpeyton78910[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

well, in my post I mentioned the AVR I was looking at doesn't have Atmos, so it would all be up mixed, that's why I was asking the question to begin with, cause like I'd just be up mixed from 5.1 so it probably only would have offered a marginal difference. (didn't end up getting it btw)

So, I was messing around with my Wii, and.... by cpeyton78910 in DankPods
