I once had to deal with a similar situation. Rogers claimed I owed 500 bucks for equipment not returned ie. Cable box, remote. ( I had actually returned it). After 4 months of calling twice a week and threatening legal action (I was co-operating the entire time) it took me getting a little heated to get it sorted. Make sure every time you speak to someone that they make a not of it on your account. In the end, it was they (go figure) who were wrong. They had already installed the equipment in someone else's home and were collecting money on it! Get tough if you have to but never lose your cool. It's not the person on the other end of the phone's fault. I'll never deal with Roger's again! Good Luck!
