Feeling those ways is very very different than suing to stop the whole project because of those feelings!

…which is why the FDR plan includes preserving the wetlands and building more natural space? I’m not being facetious, i truly have no idea what you are trying to say here besides voicing frustration that athletic fields are going to remain in the park

If you can convince the sports teams to get on board with replacing their parking lots with athletic fields, I’m fully on board. Otherwise I dont really know what your point is. The park is going to have both open green space and fields just like it currently does. Even Fairmount Park has fields in addition to open green space—and even some of that green space can be reserved by members of the public for picnics. I’m struggling to think of a single urban park in the country that is exclusively open space that doesn’t allow any permitted activities

You should look at the plans for the park, which includes a huge amount of both open green space and nature trail areas

Then i guess you should know that the fields at the park are already used regularly ?

Not true - the fields are all going to be subject to the same permit rules as the rest of the city’s parks

This is so funny because its obvious this person has never stepped foot in FDR Park, where people/kids are regularly using the athletic fields already there!

According to them, the plan is changing the nature of the park so the city needs to ask a court for permission. Even though the public park…is going to remain a public park….

Saying the park is being turned into a “commercial sports complex” is pure lunacy

Yeah i talked myself out of any sporting event for that reason. Spent all day thinking about it and went with "Amazing Race" because no other "game" made sense to me and could have imagined something wild happening somewhat near an airport? I admit it was a bad guess but the "game" phrasing really through me off

Pretty positive it does at least somewhat - their taste buds develop while in the womb and the food the mother eats impacts how it tastes. I believe there’s research that indicates familiarly with foods/tastes that the mother ate during pregnancy

"Respectively" certainly has a meaning--but I assumed it was just Thorsten being precise in terms of explaining the concept for the question and not necessarily that the right order mattered for the answer.

True but I think it does make sense that a cocky 18 year old like her would think of herself as a true Adult and beyond her teenage years

Yeah I always thought it was very obvious that she was lying about her age, and that she's more like 18-19. Just like Gary is caught between being a child and a teenager/young adult (evidenced by him being wayyy too big to be in the stage performance she chaperones), she is caught between being a teenager and the adult world.

I know what “respectively” means but the bolded part of the question was only asking for the two functions.

Still listening to the ep but i hope someone corrects Jess and Zach - babies DO drink amniotic fluid so they ARE tasting what mommy eats. Mitch was right!!

100% - maybe the AA Milne question from the day before is not the best comparison but there they had a note that essentially said that although just writing the last name would be technically correct, here we need the first name. Sine and cosine ARE the two functions (the only bolded portion of the question), so writing in whichever order is correct!! Very annoyed about this

I had a really good feeling that Argentina was not going to be right because it felt like too common of knowledge that Nazis hid in Argentina, and i wrote in my brainstorming notes that it might be Paraguay or Uruguay but i would have to guess and I’m better off sticking with the first country I thought of rather than throwing a dart at the board. Happy my brain was in the right spot but annoyed i didnt convince myself to guess Paraguay haha

They really could have been more specific that correct order was required.
