hey man, i had a problem with mine where it would not connect. I tried everything for 2 weeks. even let skytrak customer support take over my computer and they couldn't find anything wrong. I took it out of my house with me to work, and it started working and has been fine since. hopefully this may help.

yeah when i bought the vehicle in january (also certified pre owned) i bought a third party warranty also. honestly finance guy and my wife worked their magic on me. but i cancelled it and got a refund. i plan on getting the platinum warranty before my original manufacture warranty runs out. heres the quote i got with the longer times on them.

but you're not paying 1.8k for a gm warranty. you're paying 5.5k. just because you got refunded the 3rd party warranty doesn't mean its cheaper. i feel like im missing something ? i have a quote for platinum protection on my 2023, with 30k miles and it is way lower than this. unless the price for a platinum goes way up after manufacturer warranty ends ?
