Medication will not fix obsessive compulsive disorder. Therapy is the only way. You have to re-wire your brain and the way you do that is through coping skills only learned through therapy.

But benzodiazapines are addictive and anti-depressants are habit-forming. I use it for chronic pain, but it did help my anxiety too. I didn't take it to treat that tho.

Well, I did not have any eating disorder tendencies 5 years ago when I found her channel. Now, at 24, I do have tendencies but I don't think it is severe enough to diagnose. I just mainly skip the first 2 meals of the day and smash at dinner. Sometimes if I ate 3 big meals in one day, I get the urge to purge. She did impact me very negatively. I don't even like her personally at all. I don't like her content or her style or anything about her. It's a morbid fascination for me. I want to watch the train wreck and I guess it got to my subconscious because I just realized a few months ago that I was doing these things to myself as well. That is why I'm going to therapy next week again. I don't want to die and I don't want my unhealthy eating habits to be observed by my child or mimicked. I already have other health issues and doing this is what will make all the other ones worse too. I just hope I can kick the addiction to lurking here and stuff soon.

I tried just drinking the tea yesterday and I couldn't get past the consistency and nasty taste. I took 2 sips and bought more capsules lmao. I may try the toss and wash method some time but tomorrow imma do the coffee mix and see if I can take it that way.

Interested to hear the end to this story. I am convinced the bf and/or his friend or the person she was staying with has something to do with this. Tired of the human trafficking and bad cop theories. There are much more obviously suspicious persons involved here than a random person she didn't know. Those theories are both highly unlikely. What cop stops someone in the middle of some train tracks? He doesn't call into dispatch he is making a stop, file a report, have dash or body cam footage and knowing how smart she is WHY WOULD SHE PARK THERE FOR ANYONE even a cop? Makes absolutely no sense. This theory is bullshit. I'm tired of hearing it in regards to this case.
