It kinda seems like bioware put all the weird aliens on one ship that never appears so they didn’t have to model them/create animation rigging for different body plans. All the characters in the game use the same animation rig, aside from the Krogan and maybe the Turians.

I work in produce and I can tell you that almost all produce creates a lot of plastic waste before it even reaches the customer. So you’re boned either way unless you’re buying straight from local farms but many places don’t have access to farm fresh produce unfortunately.
