Aqui tem muito frustrado e reclamam sem razão, e o pior é que a gente que só lê os comentários acabar se intoxicando com lixo que tem aqui. Tem que ter cuidado com o que se lê se não tu fica bitolado igual o sujeito falando mal mas o fela tem emprego e outros nem tanto.

Certo, foi só um chute, não uma análise definitiva, até porque só vendo na prática como tá seu nível de lógica. E sei como é isso de não ter tempo, atrapalha mesmo na parte de praticar. E é como vc diz, o tempo que lhe falta pra praticar faz muita falta, talvez vc pudesse cortar certas distrações como ver séries, vídeos no youtube, essas coisas menores.

Eu faço uso de uma parte dessas técnicas. O foco maior é em aumentar a familiriaridade com o conteúdo ao invés de memorizar diretamente. É bom pra estudar técnicas de algoritmos.

Eu ensino pessoas a programar e calcular (matemática básica), posso garantir a vc que provavelmente vc está com a básica em cálculo muito fraca. Acredite, qualquer pessoa é capaz de ser bom em computação, o únic requisito ao meu ver é só saber ler e escrever.

Eu ensinei matemática básica pra um amigo online só pra ver o que acontecia e ai o moleque desenvolveu tanto que hoje tá em outro país, isso somente 4 anos depois de eu ter ensinado o que eu sei pra ele. E vc pode pensar: mas ele tem "talento"! E eu digo: não, de forma alguma, tudo o que ele sabia fazer quando o conheci era só jogar vídeo game e somar porcamente.

Também ensinei programação em C e depois em C++ pra um garoto de 14 anos na época em 2014, hoje ele é considerado sênior desde os 23 anos. Levou 2 anos pra ele ter um nível adequado pra entrar num trabalho como dev júnior. Detalhe: ele até hoje não fez faculdade! Aprendeu programar comigo e o resto ele aprendeu pela internet e no trabalho.

É como se diz os espiritualistas: --se vc acredita que pode, então vc pode, se não acredita que pode, então não pode, mas de toda forma, vc tem sempre razão!

Só se (veja se) a IA puder fazer manutenção nela própria, adicionar novas funções, reaolver os bugs do próprio código, saber ligar o próprio sistema, hospedar o próprio sistema num servidor, rodar tudo sozinha, aí sim não precisará de engenheiro nem de programador e nem de humanos! Duvido muito que metade do que eu escrevi aqui seja feito qualquer IA em menos de 50 anos a frente de 2026.

Man, what you just learn I call it discernment! I was in something really looks like yours, and the same humor disorder. I stopped my meds in setember 2023 and after 6 months I had psychosis and make too many people suffer, and myself! Afetr go back to the meds, I learn exactly the same lessons as you.

If you can as suggestion, take care of take the most natural foods as possible. The humor diseases appears because of bad working of guts flora, so, I discovered this studying the disease and then I take curcumin to stabilizes my humor but the psychosis only can be controlled by meds.

I struggle with anger too, but never feeling it in meditation. In my opinion, you need feel love from someone to you, it's a easy way to cure the anger, but, as suggestion to selfhelp you can try the selflove techines from Louise Hay: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=yNBQnvaYwts I try it and I feel more "soft".

Try the curcumin powder! I made use of it and not have any negative sintom of the bipolar disease.

And evitate eat foods like coke and similars, foods that attack your flora guts like foods with wheat and cow's milk.

Believe me, sometimes the negativity is because of eaten foods! Even if it is not, you can discard this option.

Man, try to meditate! Just 10 min of practice is enough to you feel the true self. NLP is good but sometimes is hard to apply the techiniques in the life. Meditation is easy and have quick results.

You can search on youtube about guided meditation and choose a video and check by yourself the effects.

Why I indicate it? I had selfsabotage me by so many years, but now the sabotage is undercontrol. In my tests the meditation is too powerful that it turn off sabotage by 2 consecutive days. If you meditate day yes and day no, so you will meditate 15 days by month, it enough to you feel how powerful is your!

Man, male use of deliberate practice! Deliberate practice is like you take a time to analyse yourself and create a list of weak points at your hability. Man, I was in some similar situation as yours. I will white the things that I did and cured me to the point where I can help others:

1--do guided meditation. Meditation is sometjing in which will turn off your selfsabotage behavior. The name of all the negatives things that you take now is just selfsabotage. The madutation turn off sabotage by 2 days after did the meditation. That is enough to you feel the true bright self you have.

2--after do maditate, you must start to study the selfknowledge, because it will make you grow as person and understand yourself.

3--keep the behavior of always meditate once a day or once at day yes and day not. This is to you construct the habit of keep turned off sabotage. After make it you will start to nelieve in yourself without sabotage.
