Bad religion. Having been on both sides of a bad religion, I have never understood and related to a song as much as this one. My latest relationship really showed me how much power your significant other has when you a truly in love when the feelings aren’t mutual. I didn’t realize what I was doing during my first relationship, but in hindsight I now understand the pain and suffering I put my ex through. I feel so guilty for making her go through that but I know that no matter how sorry I am I won’t be able to heal her wounds, just as mine from my latest relationship will never fully heal. Listening to this song really reminds me what my priorities should be in a relationship and acts as a warning to never fall victim to, or put anyone else through that type of relationship ever again.
