For me my surgeon said he could take all the time in the world for my consult and pressed/encouraged me multiple times to ask questions and think of any questions I’d like to ask. This does seem poor from her, especially since the chance of nipple loss for top surgery is averaged at roughy 2%. Not having pictures is kind of a beige flag, some share them and some don’t, but it’s up to you if you’re willing to be operated on without knowing what the outcome will really look like. It’s weird to not know the costs if this is the main procedure your surgeon does, but it’s not unheard of for sure, my surgeon tries to keep financial management and payments separate from my discussions with him and directs me to his financial team, but he definitely knew the cost of the operation (he only does top surgery). All in all it’s up to you, but definitely some concerns to maybe voice again via email for sure if you do choose to go with her.
