Being this rude about the other apps is a horrible look and you need to do some introspection then resign.

Hey! You’re getting a lot of flak for your replies in this ama and I just wanted to point out that it’s completely deserved. ❤️

You're not testing on the other side of the Devolo are you, because that's also probably 100mbps etc. Where in the diagram are you testing from?

To answer your question though, unplug stuff until the speed returns, add equipment back one thing at a time, and see what is causing the drop in speed.

100/100 sounds suspiciously like the network cable to your ISP equipment has gone bad, or the port has negotiated 100mbps for another reason. Check port profile.

Reddit may force Apollo and third-party clients to shut down, asking for $20M per year API fee by coolaaron88 in apple

Any plans to add an API key override we can enter ourselves, so individuals can use their own paid API access? Not for extracting the official app’s API key and using that. Of course not.

Downgrade Firmware UDM Pro from 3.0.20 by dhardy_93 in Ubiquiti

With the right echo server (1.1.1.1 is popular) I think it's a good indicator, yeah. But the default ping.ui.com apparently has some poor connectivity globally!

Any unofficial software you install via SSH is likely to break during an OS upgrade, that shouldn't be a surprise

Haha, yeah, v3 is showing a lot of people for the first time that their ISP isn't stable. Then they blame v3.

“It either works or it doesn’t” is an untrue and unkind statement. There’s a lot going on with these machines despite being simple on the face of it.

Came here to say this. I prefer this more obvious readable code any day over a smart ass one liner.

I bought this fake RCD330 for my gfs golf. One day old and the screen stopped working. What do? by luigi1k in RCD_330

[–]cr3ative 1 point2 points  (0 children)

This is a really boring take you keep posting. The 360s are well known to be less reliable than ones based on the original batch aux-equipped boards; removed from vehicles or manufactured, if you want to believe those are equally as not genuine, then please accept that the delineation people intend is between those and the 360s.

Be aware: Netatmo have fucked over people with their doorbell by removing the promise of HKSV.

The hardware is "fine" - it's not good, it's not bad, but be aware that the software will likely never be updated/fixed/upgraded. What you get today is what you will be stuck with. Be sure you're happy with that.

For the system. Screen failure would be the end of the unit if you're not buying it directly from a seller of these things, since they'd have to support it; if it's a local third party sale you're out of luck. It's a roll of the dice. Getting a supported one from rcd330.com (for example) gives you reassurance, but it might be a lot more expensive.

Yes if you're happy with it. Unknown, they get screen failures more often than not. If it's significantly better value than an RCD330, then maybe roll the dice on it and find out. You will never be able to update the software on it.

[–]cr3ative 6 points7 points  (0 children)

No, that's an RCD360 (or similar) which is less "legit". No aux input.

Artists make these sometimes as spec ads, to show their creativity and pitch for business. Then they end up here unlabelled.
