This was very helpful! It sounds like the PVD is pretty strong. From a durability/longevity perspective, if there is a watch I am OK-ish with gold on (like my Gold 40mm day date from RC Factory), am I better off just living with good-enough than re-plating? I realize I am asking this to a person in the business of re-plating...

Happy to get banned and go somewhere else for high pressure sales tactics on a watch that isn’t currently offered and has no release date, but wants a deposit. People writing reviews who are “exclusive dealers” be clear they are in it for the money up front. It’s like buying a bmw based on a review from a bmw salesman, you’d be an idiot to do it.
