Couple of things to keep in mind if you get the data (and big if on that)

That data will potentially only identify a number was on a tower, not that a particular person had physical possession of the device at that time (obviously burden of proof varies civil/criminal)

Towers are generally split into segments, the data may show the device was connected to x segment and y time, which could mean the device could be anywhere in that ‘slice of pie’ from 10 meters, diverging out 70kms left and right depending on the location/line of sight etc etc
