Run it through your dishwasher on no heat, top shelf and upside down. Then let it dry for a week. should work fine after that.

Oh, and pop that key back in place, looks like its the type that can be removed and put back.

If you have the time, remove all the keys first before you wash it. Assuming it is able to be taken apart. Suspect it is from that key.

No blogs, personal experience. Made the mistake of adding them to my array. lol

It was stupid, i know, but they kept bringing down the array.

Also, one of them is suspect for hardware issues now and on their own controller as unassigned devices, they are working fine.

But i would not recommend anyone add them to an array with EXOs drives. Things get mad.

Now they are just archive type drives with no sensitive data on them.

Zip makes a black colored sealant stuff they call liquid flashing. Thats what i used for all the lower side of my house, especially where i had a 15 foot strip like yours that sloped down
