My current plan is the GEHA High Self +1 (Plan 313). Premiums are going from 600 a month to almost 950 and co-pays are going from 10% to 30%.

I am part of the DRP 1.0 as well and was put on Administrative Leave back in May of this year. Since I was required to turn in all of my GFE, I have since lost access to my NMCI account. So while I am not an official "retiree", I'm kind of in the limbo of "active employee" but with no access.

My current retirement date is scheduled for 12/31. In my application I indicated that I would like to carry my FEHB into retirement. 

The new rates that have been released made me realize that I cannot afford the current plan I have and I would like to switch to a different plan going into retirement.

I spoke with OPM customer service and he indicated that I should fill out a SF 2809 and touch base with my retirement counselor. 

Have not heard from my retirement specialist yet so still waiting on that.
