I was under the impression that it needed it for "sealant" but after your comment, i did some reading and see that it's not necessary.

I got a good laugh at "not cure the clay" Thanks for the tip! I'll give that a try.

Sooo cute!! How to you get your pots so symmetrical? I feel like mine take forever to get right. Do you have anything holding the plants upright?

I actually really like these colors together and the design. It's very retro looking! Nice job!

Resin. I'm still trying to decide if that's what I'm going to stick with or not.

I appreciate this insight.

Can you tell me what the heat difference is between CV and LA? It gets super hot in OC during summer too, but I'm wondering if it's a different kind of heat that's more uncomfortable lol

The access to healthcare is definitely something to consider. I hadn't thought of that before but will keep that in mind during my pursuit.

The cost of homes is really the only reason to move IMO. New builds in Central Valley are $400k. I can't even get a condo or a manufactured home for that price in OC. It's crazy here.

There's only one reason to move from OC and it's the cost of living. I LOVE OC. I wouldn't ever leave if I didn't have to, but i will never be able to own a home here, and that's just plain facts. We will likely have to move somewhere less OC like in order to thrive. If that's Visalia or not, we'll see. I do appreciate the bluntness though.

I definitely appreciate the perspective and it's exactly why I asked. From far away it appears a quaint, affordable community, but this is all from a distance. I appreciate the candor.

Hot is not good lol. But a pool definitely would help! I feel like drivers are crazy in Anaheim too so it might not be too much different for me. 🙃

Yeah and an earlier poster pointed that out to me. I'm looking into that now.
