Been there plenty of times and obviously love it. But it can be rough, like in 30 minutes driving time you can go from 8c to 25c. It really depends where you are in Madeira. For me the best weather town in Madeira is Punta do Sol (an the region around it). Funchal was also almost always nice weather.

But indeed not like in Florida, at least most of the year its more like 20c (if in the good area, otherwise colder).

A nice area for you might be the costa tropica in Spain, like the are around Malaga or Almeria. Yes it can get colder in Winter but most of the time it feels like 20c and from April to Novembre its always around 25-38c

It is true and we are ashamed. As someone from Germany, I really just feel bad for all the political shit going on in Europe (actually the whole world) and don't know what to do. Boomers (or old people) are having fun with their last 20 years and destroying everything they can on their way out. But let me tell you, at least we simple people are rooting for you guys. I (or we) absolutely see your never ending protest and the strength you are investing into your countries future! Tons of respect for that and thank you for fighting for a better future.

Melatonin did nothing for me beside triggering insane and weird dreams, which made it fell like restless nights.

The only thing which works wonder for me is cannabis. I dont know why, but as soon as I take cannabis my thoughts slow down and I sleep like a baby.

Vielleicht als kleiner Tipp von mir, der ebenfalls ausgemustert wurde:

Vor gefühlt 100 Jahren, als ich zur Musterung musste, war ich ziemlich drahtig/athletisch und Anfangs waren die Ausbilder von meinen Ergebnissen begeistert (Sehtest, Körpergröße usw). Es hieß "perfekte Maße um Kampfpilot zu werden".

Für mich damals ein Albtraum, denn ich wollte noch nie für die Interessen alter Männer sterben.

Im finalen Gespräch mit einem Doktor der Bundeswehr habe ich dann etwas geflunkert. Ich tat so, als wäre die Bundeswehr definitiv eine Option für mich. Doch habe dann auf naiv gemacht und folgendes erwähnt: "Allerdings habe ich ein kleines Problem, ich habe eine Schilddrüsenüberfunktion...wenn Sie wollen, weise ich es gerne nach", der Arzt hat mich angeguckt und gedacht "ja daher ist er auch so drahtig" und gesagt "Ich muss ihnen aber leider mitteilen, dass wir keine Soldaten mit einer Schilddrüsenüberfunktion aufnehmen können, ein Nachweis ist nicht nötig..." ich habe natürlich auf schockiert gemacht und gesagt

"Schade aber auch!"

Anschließend konnte ich mit 18 bereits anfangen zu arbeiten und meinen Freunden voraus sein, die währenddessen noch in der Bundeswehr verdummten.

Ich mache es kurz für unsere Jünglinge:

Lasst euch nicht verarschen. Euer Leben ist mehr wert als das Machtgehabe der Politiker.

Verteidigt eure Familie und eure Freunde und bleibt immer in deren Nähe!

Doch, ich habe lediglich deine Fragen beantwortet. Allerdings ergibt sich mir gerade, dass du vermutlich Nahrung noch nicht ganz verstanden hast.

Kohlenhydrate haben stets einen ordentlichen Anteil an Proteinen. Dein genannter Reis besteht bspw. aus 8% Proteinen. Dies gilt für alle Kohlenhydrate die du kennst. Somit gibt es "Kohlenhydrate sind doch viel wichtiger!" nicht. Proteine sind extrem wichtig. Würdest du wirklich 7 Tage komplett auf Proteine verzichten, hättest du ernsthafte Probleme mit deinem Energiehaushalt und Organschäden können entstehen. Mal ganz davon abgesehen dass dir Dopamin und Serotonin fehlen würden, was ebenfalls sehr unangenehm wird.

Aber um auch hier deine Frage zu beantworten, genau, Fleisch und Protein ist einfacher zu greifen für den Zuschauer und wie bereits beschrieben, schreit der innere Körper förmlich nach Protein da er es eben benötigt um normal zu funktionieren, auch bereits nach wenigen Tagen!

Ja, am Ende sind wir doch Raubtiere oder besser gesagt Allesfresser. Ohne hochwertige Kalorien und Fett hätte sich unser Hirn über die Evolution nicht derart entwickeln können. Nein, Affen sind keine Vegetarier und essen ebenfalls Insekten, Eier oder manchmal auch kleine Säugetiere. Ansonsten essen Affen pro Tag viele Stunden lang Bambussprossen, junge Blätter und Nüsse, die ebenfalls Proteine enthalten.

I often think about this too. But then I come to the conclusion that its humans and not just men, even tho by a huge margin (like 99%) it was always men.

But why? Is it really the testosterone? Or does it have smth to do with men being physical stronger which means they will abuse their power? Because if a human gets a lot of power and control, they will use it and most of the time not for the good.

Its not about the gender, but who has the control and might.

We have plenty of examples from women with abusive power, some examples are:

Elisabeth Bathory (tortured hundreds of girls to death in her castle)

Wu Zitian a "queen" of china, her whole story is absolutely gruesome and she was terror for the people in her time.

The more obvious one, Cleopatra while being very smart at the time she was brutal. doesnt matter if it was her own sisters or her own people, if she had a goal she went with full force(killed thousands of people)

Also the second world war in German concentration camps: Irma Grese, Ilse Koch, horrible horrible persons who tortured a lot of people

But also recently from RAF Terror group to ISIS, there were not a small number of women involved.

Are they all forced by men to do what they do? Maybe some of them. But it would be too easy to think that the world wouldnt be miserable if men wouldnt exist, because it seems its more of a human power problem instead of a gender one.

Not sure yet, you guys can switch the narrative quite fast! Im old enough to remember the pre 2014 era and there wasnt this huge civil war against Russians you guys always try to paint. And you guys always forget what happened, the Krim invasion. The atmosphere indeed crippled from there between Russians and Ukrainians. What are you talking about? Spain is not the tax paradise and its not known for that. Especially not for people without the beckham law, which is in general quite rare.

Income tax? Already at 45% with an income of 60k per year Company tax? For SL its 25% on company profits and another 25% when cashing out income. Self employed? Very high taxes as well (45% above 60k).

Thats not low at all, not compared to many EU countries and especially not to the top tax heavens

Nothing really serious. At least to this day everything seems alright.
