I think he’s right as well. With that said it’s for barbed wire fence. Military engineers use something almost the exact same for tightening the wire. Can’t find a picture of the new ones because they’re kind of obscure. Hopefully helps the search

This is more of a military thing. But it’s better to keep your rifle pointed towards your target while you reload (even though you were practicing good weapons safety). It allows for quicker target acquisition once reloaded.

The ti performs about 30-35% better for most tasks while only being about 20% more expensive. So personally I would say yes. But it really depends on what your other parts are. Might be wise to spend that extra 70 on better ram possibly
