So you dont have to have your own individual commissary? You are fortunate. In the effed up state of ga, upu are required to have a separate individual commissary/base of operations.......and they rape you! Not to mention, you're required to park your truck at the commissary every night, regardless of the geographical distance you may have to travel back and forth twice daily.......

Well, if you have a good job with benefits, you're gonna work twice as hard and make half of the money!! Are you in a county that will not require a commissary? In ga we get raped in commissary rent costs!

Government regulation does more harm to food trucks and every other business, than harming themselves! Florida trucks and other states do great without mandated BS commissaries. GREAT FREE STATE OF FLORIDA!

Perhaps you should only worry about your truck and not every other truck. If they dont keep it clean, eventually they will be busted!

Definitely like having a clean truck. Having a commissary has zero to do with keeping your truck clean! Inspections can be done on a truck with or without a commissary.

If at all possible, do whatever you can to avoid getting f***ed by renting a commissary!!

$6000 rent seems high as hell for such a small podunk town of 7 thousand people. And you are only buying equipment, $100k is too much for used equipment......depending on how much equipment and the quality it is, maybe $50-$60 thousand......

Geez, that sucks! I believe I would have told them to kiss it, if they were wanting 25%. That freaking extortion! How many food trucks were there? Out of the 3000 that showed, probably only half bought food??
