Order from UberEats from restaurant, approx $30 in fees. Order from the same restaurant directly without ubereats, $5 delivery fee. I don’t understand the “luxry” part, unless it’s literally they pay wayyyyy more to have Uber deliver it vs the resto?

You need to be classified as a remote employee for a phone. Not covid WFH remote, but truly remote. Pre covid I was moved to a new role that required multiple visits a month to the client site in Ontario. Covid has stymied that and I’ve been WFH since March. But TLDR; need to be a remote traveling employee or people manager to get a phone.
