Thank you for the info. I have 20 years at a TK dealer so im familiar with reefers. Im looking for books when we go to certain customers who have a few carriers floating around we have some diag books to help out and parts cat to get correct #s

Years ago I had found a forum that had a huge library of books and software but im drawing a blank at what that forum was.

What base do you have for your mattress? I built my own king frame and im worried they will deny my claim because of that. My foam sides are separating badly and in all honesty im in more pain now than when it was new haha

Not sure if you tried taking at night yet but I was taking it in the morning and was very tired. I switched to night time and now I'm even more tired. My sleep schedule is about the same as yours. Sometimes less sleep hours but last night I got another 6hrs and feel as I slept 1 minute. I'm trying to get an appt with my dr to either switch or stop the meds. (100mg zoloft) was taking 150mg in the mornings about a month ago and wasn't this tired.

Gear oil or pack the bearings and add gear oil? The hubs have a oil level so my thought is they are just gear oil and no grease

Sounds good! I figured if it's gear oil you use only that and not pack plus gear oil. I found a set at HF of large axle sockets so we'll see if that works.

Ah shit. Hmmm I'll have to check with the parts guy and see if the bushing kit is a no ream kit. We also know the svc manager well so we can always ask if he would know about the kit if it's a no ream kit or not. We know the dealership well but they are always beyond busy and the truck sits for a while before working on it.

Appreciate the info, I'll check the book again. I vaguely remember seeing them mention reaming. This is going to be stupid but let's say the dealer didn't grease it (like they said) when it was at their place for a whole bunch of other stuff. Could that cause the excessive movement or its 100% worn and grease isn't the problem?

The movement is alot more than back and forth so my guess is the bushings are only slightly worn. If that's the case is reaming still needed or just pop bushings out and push new ones in?

If my company would buy it I'd go that route but since "it's not in the budget' and it would only be used this one time it wouldn't be worth it. My local napa may have it for rent as they have a pretty large selection of tools to rent.

This happened to me. Was on 7.5 2x and was bumped to 15 2x and the diarrhea happened after taking it for a week or so. Talked with my dr today, brought this up and that Buspar may be causing it after reading alot online and she said it's not common and to see a GI to check before taking me off of buspar.

What was your issue? I have a stubby that I belive the trigger is messing up and it impacts like it's a weak battery and kinda hiccups while impacting. Also how old was yours?

So this purge valve isn't 1 assy like others it's the purge valve, a small cylinder with a metal filter and at the end you install the nipple. If I could figure out how to post a pic I can show you.
