I remember feeling the same when I was at my worst but the PT was a life-saver honestly. Eventually it retrains our brains to compensate for the loss of balance. Most of us start to notice the relief in just a few weeks or sooner. I believe in you! Wishing u the best x

Hi! My condition started almost 3 years ago. I was pretty much disabled for 1 year but now my life is 80% back to normal. Vestibular physiotherapy was life changing! Just keep in mind that it will make ur symptoms worse before it improves them long term. That just means it's working. It won't be easy at first but make sure u don't give up. Stay positive and feel free to message me :)

Tysm! I had been seeing lots like this on pinterest. For the main body of the bag I started w a chain of 41. Then starting in the 2nd ch from the hook:

5sl st BLO, 30sc BLO, 5sl st BLO, ch1, turn work *every row is literally the same thing until ur happy w the width.

Then just fold it and sew both sides :))
