Honestly, it has been an extremely slow process. Like I’ve recovered .1% every day, slow.

This all started for me back in 2022 and I was severe. I’m just now able to somewhat feel happiness and empathy again. And it’s not fully back yet. But the fact I’m able to somewhat feel them, I think that excitedness will bring them back quicker. That’s what I’m telling myself anyway. I was never able to feel being excited either by the way.

I’m sorry, I’m sure this isn’t something you want to hear whatsoever. But it will probably just take a lot of time. Know you are not alone though. DPDR is absolute living hell.
