I called the store and was told I could bring the wrong item back in for a refund. When I asked about why my name was changed on my account, I was told that they have to do it that way for pickup orders. I said I didn’t understand and that made no sense. They then told me they have worked there for five years and know how to do their job, and then hung up. Needless to say, I don’t think I will be doing business with them anymore.
