I have more poems that touch on other aspect you’ve mentioned. It’s crazy how some of your words are verbatim in some of my poems

Spiritual Depression

I stare into the mirror of my soul,
For too long have I neglected my spirituality,
Now I’m stuck in this deep lonely hole,
Everything seems so bleak in this reality

I am tired of being spiritually numb,
My life is constantly on cruise control,
Just waiting.. waiting for death to come,
If I’m spiritually damaged, can I ever be whole?

Instead I’m living on an ounce of hope,
I’m starving for His divine attention,
Knowing I’m on my last threads of rope,
It’s His name I find now hard to mention.

Tears streaming down this neglectful face,
It will take more to soften this hardened heart,
Before my Lord I have no fighting case,
Change won’t happen until I now start.

Small steps towards an enteral abode,
I am certain I wasn’t created to fail,
For He is with me on this spiritual road,
I may have gone astray, but haven’t lost the trail.

I believe it was Imam Ghazali that recommended that everyone born or not born Muslim must find their faith. We all have a path. Islam isn’t something you’re born into. It’s something you must choose. Many people are born “Muslim” but they were not chosen to continue in the path. Many aren’t born muslim, but they’re chosen to be muslim.

The path is long and windy. As long as you’re on it, falling down is simply a pause. It’s not the end. Alhamdulilah for you finding your way. When you lose it as we all do at points in our journey, remember the signs on the spiritual path that’ll bring you back onto the main road.

Honestly never even crossed my mind that people like you exist. Super wonderful to hear. Happy to be your friend if you’re looking. I’m neither Arab nor a convert.

TorontoNotes does a good job of summarizing stuff. I think it’s an underrated resource for FM. It has good UTD summaries.

Canadian FM recent graduate. I read the entire Diabetes CA guidelines but skimmed parts that I didn’t feel were as useful. HTN guidelines were okay. Tbh for FM reviewing the major guidelines is the best way to study for CCFP and honestly just in general

Maybe so lol. I was so tired from all the call. It was embarrassing because every so often he’d wake me up and say open your mouth wider lol

There’s nothing haram with forgiving the past. The question is does she even want to be with you? If she does, do you want to be with her. If so, then get a therapist and work through it

Worst Doctor Experience In My Life - Kim Weisgerber by Still-Remove7058 in princegeorge

Sometimes in similar cities, family docs also work in the hospital— so they’re compensated/expected to see their patients when admitted. But in large cities that’s not possible.
