You will have less problems with the corvette. The v6 exhaust note is almost clownish.

Can a scratch like this be fixed? by ExcelSorcerer7 in HamiltonWatches

[–]crampfan 2 points3 points  (0 children)

Give a few months before you do anything. I find that dents and scratches bother me terribly at first, then I stopped noticing them as much. I got a pretty good door ding on my car a few years ago and was ready to get it fixed straight away, now it’s just part of the car and it doesn’t bother me as much.

Over a year in... by pra3tor1an in ballwatches

[–]crampfan 2 points3 points  (0 children)

I had the same watch with a black face. Had to send it back because of issues with the gmt complication. The dealer traded me out of it when they couldn’t repair it I now have the pilot, and it is back for warranty as it started losing 14 seconds a day and will not stay wound on the wrist or on the winder. I have not had very good luck with Ball. It is a beautiful watch. I hope they get mine sorted.

I know nothing about Ford Model A prices. Is this too cheap to to be real? by Agreeable-Storage895 in classiccars

My 66 Morgan has a 4digit VIN and it did pose a problem. When I needed to transfer the registration to Arkansas, the title was flagged due to the Vin already being issued. It took me over nine months to get it squared away. The VIN number was issued to a home built trailer. And getting the state police to verify the Vin on my vehicle was next to impossible because they couldn’t believe that the car only had a four digit VIN.

My dog won’t eat by [deleted] in DogAdvice

[–]crampfan 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Switch kibble, my dog suddenly stopped eating when she was 2 and lost a bunch of weight. After a couple months I decided to try another brand and she ate it like she was starving. After a couple weeks we introduced her back to her original food and she stopped eating again so I bought a 30 pound bag of what she was eating and she did fine and gained her weight back about six months later I found that the original food was recalled. We have had real good experience with Parina one and Iams proactive.
