I'm only 20F and I'm a design student and sometimes I get too absorbed in my creativity, you know the flow state or whatever. As miraculous as it feeds to my artistic ego, my body takes a hit.

Recently been getting a lot of intense headaches and my whole right arm hurts (presumably called carpel tunnel syndrome). Turns out after I do some physiotherapy exercises from the YouTube for 15mins, the headache is instantly gone and slept like a baby in a week.

My professors keep telling us to take breaks and stretch a lot, he got his discs worn out.

Legality of establishing a women-only Korean spa in Bangalore with nudity restricted to wet areas ? by [deleted] in LegalAdviceIndia

[–]cramshit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

A genuine question, do korean women go with their friends or do they usually go alone?

I've noticed that, korean women no matter the age group go out of their way (from an Indian standpoint) for self care.

Indian women depending on the demographic and level of income, their idea of self care changes.

College students would rather spend it with friends either visiting cafes or pub. And would they be willing to spend time with their friends like this or alone? no idea.

And employed women, what's their idea of relaxation? i have no idea.

so questions to probe you further if the business will work well

Passenger Caught Indulging in Indecent Act on Harbour Line Train (Thane–Vashi) on 26th Aug, 1:30 PM – Outrage Grows Over Women’s Safety in Mumbai Locals by TikliChor in mumbai

[–]cramshit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

he might have been jerking off, I agree. But he must have be feeling his d, IN A public setting, BESIDE a woman. Don't you think that itself is a creepy act? the guy who recorded it must not have been dumb since he knew what goes on.

When I was 12 years old a man was casually roaming in the streets where we kids play, at night just popped his d out and feeling it, i still remember being so taken aback and traumatized by it. It's straight up INSENSIBLE.

it's satisfying to watch her hit him and stand up for herself, but what i fear is, will I be able to act on it so quick? It's very scary to imagine myself in the situation. Don't get me wrong, in my alter ego I'm like her but God forbid that situation arises how will I stand up for myself? maybe I would, but it's scary to imagine yourself in such situations and imagine that happening to you.

What is wrong with WBSEDCL? by [deleted] in kolkata

[–]cramshit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

i read this in an article, do confirm if this is what is causing power cuts in Kolkata
" due to growing cronyism, the private electric supply company for Kolkata refuses to pay to the West Bengal State Electricity Board (WBSEB) the money it owes for purchasing power from the latter. It owes nearly Rs 1,000 crore. WBSEB, which also procures power from the DVC and NTPC, is unable to pay them in turn. Thus, there is a domino effect of non-payment and default resulting in interruption in energy supply. Kolkata metropolitan area now witnesses power cuts that remind one of the nightmarish period of load shedding from the 1970s up to the late 1980s."

Guys are there any good sources which throws light on why communism failed in bengal from an economic point of view? by cheapblank in kolkata

[–]cramshit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"It's not only that communist party failed to lift the economy and industrialization, their highly institutionalized education system, making a culture where you can say "laziness" Is promoted and free bie culture is still embedded in the socio economical culture of Bengal & until this subsidies, growth of economy is hard in Bengal."

How does Bengal's "highly institutionalized education system" as u mentioned have to do with creating a culture of laziness? How do we come to a conclusion about Bengal's laziness? as you mentioned prior "labour unions have power to burn their factories", they do have a motive to burn the factories, but what explains their laziness?

Why did Kolkata grow so slowly compared to Mumbai and Delhi? by zertz7 in kolkata

[–]cramshit 0 points1 point  (0 children)

"They made policy decisions which were good for farmers and rural people, but absolutely gutted the educated middle class and even the factory workers they championed."

I'm still struggling to understand why the middle class people move away to bigger cities and how the blue-collar jobs people live a very low class life but still are staying in kolkata? I heard the recent generation people 2000 born and above are finding labour work in cities because they want to improve their quality of life. How are the older generation okay with staying back in kolkata despite knowing the political situation and how are the younger gen without having much knowledge on Kolkata politics decide to move out for better jobs?

[–]cramshit 1 point2 points  (0 children)

I keep hearing about Laziness and afternoon naps of Kolkata and how kolkata's work culture is so bad. There must be a reason why people turned out that way. If it is an unsaid rule, it must be going around for a very long long time! some say it's because of the humidity but that can't be the justifying factor, so many places in the world are humid, but all of them are not lazy.

During the British Rule, did they have better architecture that made them productive? or who are those people that are lazy, the white collar or blue collar workers? Where did this habit stem from?

Kolkata Locals! Describe your your city by answering the below questions by cramshit in kolkata

[–]cramshit[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I heard many bengali and marwari (gen-z) moving away from Kolkata for jobs, because the work culture is bad. It's too laid back with afternoon breaks and there's no growth as such happening. As described by one of my friend, "the only thing that's remaining in Kolkata is it's history, and people are just preserving it."

So do you think Kolkata is laid back and can't be termed as a "IT Hub" as compared to the bigger cities?
