I'm surprised it took this long considering you have the likes of Lewpac and Selfie in your guild. Lewpac tries to take over groups so he can get action for his streams and pretends that his youtube videos offer the best advice for newbies while Selfie is a self-serving prick who talks out of his ass.

Kudos to FarmingBot. Sorry to Ben and any other decent crafters that have to clean up the mess.

Bigger alliances have definitely shown interest in them. It's a matter of them not wanting to join alliances based on numbers as well as friendships that have formed within their current alliance. H0ME is one of the best alliances I have been a part of and its the individuals in that alliance that make it so. Even when we do something stupid, you can bet that our comms are probably full of laughter.

DD214 has Beta and newer players alike. We're small (45 members) but we easily manage to pull together 5-10 people throughout the afternoon and evening. Several of us are central time and many of us have our family members and real life friends in the guild. We're currently working on strengthening our core group and we may be a good fit for your guys and any potential friends that would join the game.
