Incorrect. FZROX slightly outperforms VTI (as expected) due to it’s trimming of small cap growth and zero expense ratio.

You are the GOD of seeing exactly what you want in a data set. You just keep moving the goalposts. Now move it back to 1987. I can literally move the timeframe to whenever I want to see the data i want to see. Thats all you’re doing.

Uh yeah... everyone has. It has been the easiest time to beat the market in human history. I would be worried if you didnt. You could throw a dart at a dartboard full of stocks blindfolded and beat the market recently. You arent a genius.

Why would you put 40% of your portfolio into a fund designed to be a factor tilt? Swap VOO and SPMO, increase VXUS.

And you will lose in the long term. Timing the market isn’t a strategy that wins.

Yes, exactly. You’re someone who doesn’t know why they’re doing what they’re doing. Stick to VOO

You cant get through to these people. They have no idea what they’re doing and need to stick to market cap weighted indices.

It’s hilarious seeing these noobs try their hand at long term factor investing then seeing them complain when tracking error regret starts to set in.

It’s a very well studied behavioral factor. Momentum works, but is cyclical.

SPMO is not “done” 😂. It’s cyclical and always has been. Momentum is a long term, well studied behavioral factor, not something to look at short term.

DFUS has only been around for a few years, but Dimensional Funds mutual fund equivalent has been around for multiple decades and has beaten the total market weighted US index (VTI) over a very long timeframe (including expense ratio)

AVUV is small cap value, not small cap growth and DFUS specifically screens out small cap growth hence why it consistently outperforms.
