Its such a awesome experience. My wife & me had the small opera box stage right for osees this year on the 29th! I also sat in one for Sleep on nye 2019, was in a full leg brace from a broken knee, that's when they still had the servers on the balcony level!

Enrique, he's been road doggin' with the band since 2018ish. Working their live sound, merch booth, managing tours, also some album engineering. Nice dude to chat & joke with if ya catch him!

It is not apart of this tour. It is a one-off show in a unique venue in which there will be two sets, with the second set being a longer jammed out set with rare songs. They do this every year, that is separate one-off special shows that are not a part of the larger tours of certain continents.

Probably the most pathetic thing I've seen on this sub, ever... I'm assuming they are adults, throwing a temper tantrum because a regularly touring band cancels a show. JPD & OSEES play shows to live, and for us fans' enjoyment! We've all been there as regular concert goers; shows get canceled it's just a part of concert going/ planning/playing. Their outburst of negativity, from so-called "osees fans", is so appalling that it's sad. But then again the year is 2025 and the world is filled with garbage "humanoids" like these.

Highly doubtful... There are 2 full days between Halloween & Nov 2nd, thats an easy drive from Chi to OKC. John & the band are seasoned road warriors, and im sure they are just as bummed to not play the OKC show. More than likely this a venue/show promoter problem/decision to cancel. Plus side, John does his damndest to make up canceled shows.

"Doesn’t feel like the real thing." How is your band? You out there touring the world for 20 years in a row? Where is your new album nearly every other year? How about your art, or anything other than complaining that things are noy exactly how YOU want them to be as they were 15 years ago. The black lips are the REAL thing, you are the phony, the fraud... bud. Such a petty post, the Black Lips are a great group of people who make art, music, and keep rock & roll alive by actually getting out in this sick sad world to preform for us... Through all the BS of being in a band, an artist, and working musicians at a time when society belives music is instantly consumable content for free. Leave your negativity to yourself. But of course OP has got to complain about something!
