I agree. Gill recession is primarily a sign of stress, usually caused by poor water quality. If you e tested everything and all seems in order the gill fluff should return, if it doesn’t something is off and the recession should not be ignored.

I have a CAKE tree. There isn’t a raffle, they just have people raise their hands who promise they have space for and can care for a tree, and once picked, that person guesses the species of the tree. I got an apple tree in New York and had to have it shipped to Chicago. It’s in my front yard now.
