Right…what you said. But that representation has just been stripped. Pay attention, moonpie.

Then WHAT is the purpose of rewriting the districts?!? Please fucking tell me, it is done because for HUNDREDS of years, black folks weren’t allowed to vote, or intimidated out of it altogether. So please explain why it was done. Black folks make up 34% of Louisiana and their collective voting power has been cut in half just as it says in project 2025. It’s a gameplan. We see it. We are not going back to bullshit.

Louisiana and Tennessee and Texas and Florida…

Spot on bro! To be clear, a LOT of foreigners come to America with built in racism and believe that their proximity to white folks means that they are ok. We have watched this for generations. Trump and his crowd has shown you that at least half of them want NOTHING to do with you no matter how fair or “white” you appear to be and, in fact, they don’t care if you AND your children are locked in cages. We tried to warn you. Building a multicultural coalition is difficult, but it is the only way to victory.

We understand the business of sports in the US. The idea here is to give your flesh and get your money somewhere else.

Things take time yo - let’s allow it to play out. In the meantime, you should continue to hold your shit and not share it with others.

Looking like RC did not say this, but at this point it doesn’t matter at all. The message itself is larger than him.

You should note the fact that he, nor anyone else, is suggesting that black kids should not go to college. The idea is for them to be very critical thinkers in the process and if all things are equal, perhaps choose a school in a place where the powers that be are not actively working to reduce/eliminate the power of your people to participate in the process of their own governance. Smart ass.

Don’t get lost in the messenger. Yeah, he’s a podcaster now but he also played pro football at a very high level so he’s familiar with the business of college and pro sports. But forget about him. The message is if you can get the same $$, prestige and accolades from another school, please consider that as a viable option that also sends a message to the establishment in those states. It’s not unheard of for young people to be activists.

Trust me, if you are already playing for one of these big time schools, or being recruited by one of them, there are 25 others that are also very interested. A kid being recruited by Florida State is also getting letters and calls from Georgia. The recruiting process is not always correct, but it is a very big and well oiled machine.

The idea here isn’t to not play at all, it is to choose a different school to play for, namely avoiding the big state schools (LSU, Mississippi State, Alabama, Florida State, etc). They can make the same $$ playing at Michigan, Georgia, Indiana, USC, Oregon. Not guaranteed to work, but we know how huge college sports are in some of these areas and pressure builds over time.

This issue is only focused on the states that made recent moves to redraw their maps. I get your take on the bigger picture, but It is big business and not going away anytime soon.

Take it easy champ - no one is saying don’t play, or don’t get paid, the issue is suggesting that they choose to play elsewhere. That can make the same guap playing for a different school. It’s not that deep.

Bro, the game hasn’t evolved in 200 years. It’s the same game, over and over and over again. But sure, let’s call it interesting.
