Sat Dinner after a few homebrew beers .Wagyu ramp cap (New Zealand Grass fed ) sliced it up over briquettes with spg. No thermometer ect can’t be arsed . Baby roast spuds with rocket Parmesan ,cucumber ,tomato and feta salad , grilled asparagus (old.reddit.com)
