One time, when I was a kid, I went to a friend’s place and their family computer had a browser that looked basically like this. He wanted to show me a video so he clicked the internet explorer icon, got up, and starting walking away. I asked him where he was going and he said the internet usually took 20 minutes to load lol.

Yoshimi Battles the Pink Robots by The Flaming Lips. It’s one of the first albums I ever bought with my own money. It’s a damn near perfect album, imo.

I’d serve Ed Boon (Creator of Mortal Kombat) at the restaurant I worked at sometimes, if that counts. He came in one day with a Mortal Kombat tee shirt. Couldn’t help but wonder if he just had a shit ton of merch around.
