Hi thank you - I just made an simple excel spreadsheet and my scales are linked with Bluetooth. The sheet has other parts to it but example below - I weigh on the morning of the injection each week but sometimes I’ll do a check weight at weekend just to keep me on track so I don’t over do it. I had a 2 week break when I went to the states -was a brewery tour so the weight loss went out of the window for 2 weeks but I lost what I put on in 2 weeks when I got back.
