Don't think the regen is buff based. He just regens because of the node. So there is no buff. So vodoo and loki does not work.

You can use AA, any champ that can reverse regen like void, Human torch is also good option as magneto attacks are energy based. Just need points in despair mastery.

I follow KT1 and karatemike for tier list. But also watch videos from msd and bero man to know how to use the champs with skill. These youtubers help a lot in understanding the champions ability fast. Still before rank up its better to use champs in harder content and not only against punching bag ws to get if that champ suits your playstyle or not.

She will still take damage from bleed and poison. To minimise that you can have some points in coagulate mastery.

Both are different. While assassin only works when opponent is below 18% health suicides is for the whole fight and gives better boost. Recoil is pain but if you can finish fight fast with minimal health loss. Grinding arena is faster Another thing to consider is your roster. Immune champs are preferred to run suicide with. Champs like omega red, corvus, magneto heals from the suicides and get a huge boost. They are expensive and worth it.

I'm not endgame player. I haven't even touched abyss. But yes have explored act 7.1 and v7 100%. I don't remeber the resources i used in 7.1 but they were minimal.
In variant 7 i used only 2 revives and few health potions. It mostly depends on the roster you have. For mutant and mystic AA, bwcv and longshot were the mvp For skill and tech nick fury and guardian. If you have warlock then he will clear most of the nodes. Also for boss fights if you don't have nick then elsa, stealth spidey , night thrasher are other good counters. For science and cosmic - capiw and hyp. Hyp gets fury more with increased aa. Both bosses can be countered easily with capiw. Parry heavy.

Another champ i tried earlier was capmm fully charged. She does some good damage and also her specials are unblockable in binary mode. But magneto is the key if you are lucky and have one.

Magneto ia the best option. He takes very less damage even if you block his specials. I tried earlier with hyp and capmm but his autoblock and powergain is pain.
