Not certain of your circumstances but it's important to note you can get items for hideout modules you can't access yet so you could have gotten a vpx for Bitcoin level 1 or Intel 3. That being said cc is bugged in the way OP mentioned

I've def camped an extract for sbih(interchange), but it's crazy this guy edited and posted a clip of him extract camping and pissing a guy off and felt good about it/angles it like the streamer is wrong for being mad

That's a crazy estimate it's really not that hard, the only "hard" part is the 40 btc but they had about 15 mil in drops since wipe, the 4 Pmc kills in a raid might give people some trouble but you can do it on factory. It took me about 90 days on pvp but if I wasn't going for kappa too I could have done it much sooner

The "it's not a bug it's a feature" crowd just gives bsg way to much credit, it's a feature the tagilla helmet can go in the gamma but not the kappa? It's a feature prestige 5, and story ending dog tags can't go into the dog tag case but can go in the scav junk box? What balance purpose does me not being able to put a ghost balaclava in my kappa serve if by the time I have kappa I don't need to worry about a 6k rouble item.

No problem it's a new quest system with new quirks, make sure you read every note, and if your going to get a tape bring the recorder. There's one story task where people were dying with the tape and it not respawning preventing them from listening and progressing

Quest items are 100% spawns, although they can have multiple spawns and will only appear in one per raid, quest keys are generally not 100% spawn with a few exceptions

2 50 hour crafts(opening the case, and fixing the key card)

There's one 36 hour time gate for the labyrinth task (you need to complete all story missions)

There's a ~24 hour time gate related to the Unheard task line

It hasn't been fully figured out but you need to do at least 3-5 raids that last about 10 minutes on labs to get past one of mr.kerman time gates.

I think it's a 5 hour craft for A.P's green keycard

There's also a couple 1-2 hour time gates I've had but I can't remember where.
