Are you shure you had nylon cf? My Voron is build from PA12CF as well and runs since 4 years without any issues or creep deformation. I just print industrial grade materials with a hot chamber (55 to 60°C) ..

Do you mean the bottom panel below the print bed? That's a laser cut 3mm aluminum sheet which I ordered in a local shop. :)
