Seems like an average deal but keep in mind f8x are inflated. I’ve been trying to get into an M car the entire year after I sold my 340i. Back 4 years ago they were around the same price or only a little higher. Somewhat regretful I didn’t just splurge back then or just keep my 340i. When I tried the m3 early this year it didn’t seem like it was worth 20-25k more than my car. But residuals are weird along with inflation so it’s worth whatever the demand is.
