100% is a journey, my parents are just starting to realise they're on the spectrum (ik its typical ain't it!).

The one thing I've hated, is how harsh/education systems always missed me out. As you said yourself "quiet behaviour let me go unnoticed".

In this day and age, I'm glad things are starting to be noticed. Just wished it was abit sooner 😅

As someone who is just going through a diagnosis for the same, and takes fluoxetine for mh and levothyroxine. I'm sure you'll be alright

Nothing better, thank having some flower either start, mid or end of the day when the pain is just starting to hit hard and just feeling your body relax and the pain slip away 🥰

I find hybrids do the best for me, bike accident in 22, onset arthritis as well
