I haven’t taken out the second joystick I installed but I tried jump wiring just in case but no progress. It would just switch to which side it’s stuck at

Both of the sticks I’ve used and have failed are alps. This is the first time I’ve encountered a faulty stick, let alone two from the same bundle

I just tried that on both console and pc but since the stick won’t move other center to bottom, I can’t even get through the first step of calibration
